In the heart of a modern metropolis stands one of China’s most advanced medical facilities, Huzhou Central Hospital, handling more than a million patients annually, this hospital faces immense logistical pressure, not just in healthcare delivery, but in managing the vast amounts of waste and linen generated every day.

To solve this, the hospital has adopted a cutting-edge automated pneumatic collection and conveying system. This fully enclosed, underground pipeline network represents the gold standard for waste and linen management in high-density urban environments.

Why this Pneumatic System?

Our technology redefines how cities handle refuse. Here is why leading developers and institutions are making the switch:

• Eco-Friendly & Sustainable: By eliminating the need for frequent Waste Collection trucks, our system drastically reduces carbon emissions. It also optimizes recycling processes, supporting a circular economy and greener urban living.

• Hygienic & Odor-Free: The system is completely sealed, transporting waste and linen instantly through underground pipes. This eliminates unsightly bins, prevents pest infestations, and ensures that odors never escape, keeping streets and public areas pristine.

• Cost-Efficient: Automation reduces the reliance on manual labor by up to 50%. With durable infrastructure and smart monitoring, long-term maintenance costs are significantly lowered, offering exceptional return on investment.

• Smart & Scalable: Equipped with intelligent electrical controls and real-time monitoring, the system is fully automated and can be programmed to handle varying volumes and disposal frequencies. It is designed to grow with the needs of future-ready developments.

Proven Success in High-Demand Environments

The effectiveness of this system has been demonstrated in one of the busiest settings imaginable: a major hospital.

In the past, waste and linen were transported manually using carts, a process that was inefficient and carried a high risk of cross-contamination. The hospital’s new system changes that entirely. With facial recognition and access control, the inlets ensure proper authorization and prevent mis-sorting. Waste dropped into the inlets is immediately sealed and whisked away through a network of Stainless Steel piping.

The scale of operations:

• Phase I features 37 indoor general waste inlets and 31 linen inlets, processing roughly 3 tons of waste and 35 m³ of linen daily.

• Phase II expands this with 41 indoor and 3 outdoor inlets, alongside 21 indoor linen inlets, handling 2.5 tons of waste and 20 m³ of linen daily.

This vast network relies on two core technological pillars. The first is a high-performance pneumatic conveying fan capable of propelling materials at speeds up to 70 km/h, ensuring smooth, long-distance transport with zero blockages. The second is a proprietary electrical control system, which automates the entire process from inlet to collection, removing the need for constant manual supervision.

At the system's terminal, all waste is gathered in sealed collection containers. These are designed with redundancy, ensuring that collection never interrupts. Once full, the containers are dispatched to municipal treatment centers, keeping the hospital’s environment clean and sterile.

A Smarter Way to Build

From healthcare facilities and commercial centers to residential communities, this pneumatic collection system offers a premium, sustainable solution for waste management. By moving refuse out of sight and underground, it enhances property value, improves public health, and creates a cleaner, more efficient urban experience.
