    Equipment principle

The oil-water separator is a specialized device for collecting waste oils and fats discharged through kitchen drainage. Sewage enters the solid-liquid separation chamber via the inlet of the oil-water separator. Larger solid impurities in the sewage are intercepted by the screen mesh and then lifted to the collection bin by the screw conveyor. A sedimentation hopper is set at the bottom of the solid-liquid separation area. Sewage free of solids and impurities flows out of the outlet of the solid-liquid separation zone into the oil-water separation chamber. Inside the oil-water separation chamber, due to the different densities of oil and water, the oil floats on top of the separation zone. The still water at the bottom of the oil-water separation chamber is discharged into the temporary sewage storage tank through the outlet pipe. An oil discharge port is set above the oil-water separation chamber, and oil is periodically discharged based on its quantity. The oil-separated sewage then enters the temporary sewage storage tank and is pumped into the municipal sewer network.
